We’re seeking an experienced Final Assembly Line Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations within an FAA Part 21 aircraft manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on leadership for large production teams and ensures safe, efficient, and compliant final assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Final Assembly Line (FAL) activities
- Assign and manage personnel across assembly stages to meet production goals
- Ensure compliance with FAA Part 21, AS9100, and company PIS requirements
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and FAA designees
- Support FAA audits, conformity inspections, and First Article Inspections
- Drive safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop teams while fostering a culture of accountability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience managing teams of 50+ employees
- Strong knowledge of FAA Part 21 and aerospace manufacturing
- Lean, Six Sigma, and AS9100 experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Information related to the position:
Compensation for this position starts at a base salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 plus eligibility for an annual target bonus. Any prospective offer will take into account the overall experience the successful candidate brings to the role.
