Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist Overview:
Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist to support the MSP airport by providing reports, schedules and data for real-time workforce management needs. This position will review leave requests, assist in creating or modifying schedules, make staffing recommendations to ensure adequate daily resource coverage, and collaborate with leaders to optimize workforce in order to deliver a consistent experience to the operation.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepares intraday reports on staff attendance
- Reconcile attendance against schedule and time in/out reporting on daily basis
- Support changes to scheduling to ensure adequate daily resource coverage
- Communicate with management and operations team to ensure compliance with company standards
- Maintain running report of attendance incidents
- Analyze leave submissions and approve/deny based on their effect on operations
- Monitor attendance and schedule adherence
- Process schedule trade requests for posted schedules
- Process management requests for modifications of scheduling events (meetings/training, etc.)
- Review accuracy of schedule measurements, making recommendations to improve scheduling efficiency and team member satisfaction
- Provide analytical support for special projects
- Collaborate with management on identifying opportunities to further optimize our workforce
- Other duties assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to organize and analyze data in a structured manner
- Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze schedules
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities/tasks
- Strong communication skills to ensure team members are kept informed
- Good written communication skills
- Excellent PC skills with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Experience with Teams application and Microsoft Office
Compensation:
Pay: $22.00 USD per hour. This is the base compensation for this role.
