Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Government Training team in Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO.
The Senior Program Manager will lead and manage program management activities within the Government Training Integration team. This role is responsible for overseeing business management functions, acquiring, and managing resources, driving process improvements, and fostering strong partnerships across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program management best practices and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage employees performing business management activities related to Program Management
- Acquire resources for organizational activities, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead continuous process improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
- Collaborate across all BGS-G businesses to incorporate appropriately scaled Program Management Best Practices within Government Training
- Develop and provide oversight across Government Training Preferred Partners & Investments to enable successful execution and growth
- Provide oversight and approval of Program Management Best Practice approaches, products, and processes that support Government Training
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience managing the execution of programs and/or large-scale initiatives
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing direct reports
- 10+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in leading large, complex project, organizational or culture changes
- 1+ years of experience in negotiating contracts and proposal changes
- Proficient with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills are required

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $180,200 - $243,800
