About the role
We are looking for a proactive and Self - driven TS Service Support manager to lead service improvement initiatives, EUT projects, and user engagement across QR Group. This role plays critical part in transforming how we deliver, review and enhance support services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing service reviews, leading data-driven improvements, managing IT support-related rollouts and driving user adoption.
Specific responsibilities for the role include
- Lead and coordinate structured IT service reviews with business units.
- Drive proactive service improvement initiatives based on trend analysis, recurring issues and user feedback
- Act as project manager for support-related initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, stakeholder alignment and end user readiness
- Manage the rollout and adoption of new digital workplace technology platforms
- Lead end to end user adoption for digital tools and platforms, ensuring intended value of this investments are met
- Design and execute structured adoption plans, deliver targeted programs and support materials tailored to different user groups
- Partner with IT and business leadership to communicate service performance and recommended improvements
- Consolidate and produce data-driven reports to showcase improvements outcome:
- Develop and present clear, actionable service reports using insights to drive continuous improvements and inform leadership decisions
- Contribute to the implementation of the Division’s strategic vision by translating high-level goals into actionable plans, aligning with strategic priorities, and driving change focused on innovation, accountability, and service excellence
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department
