JOB SUMMARY: 

The Logistic Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising logistics operations and workers within a defined scope of the logistics operations on site. Manages and trains employees, prepares reports, ensures the quality and service level of the activity.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Set tools and objectives for department or unit 

• Participate in developing policies and procedures 

• Manage staff 

• Train workers 

• Handle employee relations 

• Attend and preside over meetings 

• Manage and direct overall operations 

• Set goals for each department 

• Clearly set and communicate goals to team 

• Measure SQDCT indicators for department or unit 

• Delegate responsibility 

• Generate and present reports on departmental goals 

• Motivate and encourage employees 

• Promote employee enhancement 

• Ensure high customer satisfaction 

• Solicit customer feedback 

• Perform daily management routines 

• Promote companys mission and values 

• Other duties as directed 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education: 

• 18 years of age or older 

• High School Diploma / GED or higher 

Skills and Requriements: 

• Advanced Excel Skills 

• Excellent customer service orientation skills. 

• Sound written and verbal communication skills. 

• Good computer skills. 

• Forklift and/or scissor lift experience is helpful. 

• Motivated self-starter, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

• Accuracy and attention to details in daily activities. 

• Highly organized, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. 

• Effective prioritizing and time management skills. 

• Good interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience: 

• Experience Logistic Operations 

• Aviation experience is a plus 

Working Conditions: 

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis. 

• Walking, standing, climbing stairs and/or ladders and sitting on regular basis.
