What you’ll do 

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the commercial and customer experience strategy, as well as the overall company strategy for the tour operator business 
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Collect and analyze spanet trends, competitor positioning and commercial performance

• Business Development: Evaluate new strategic growth opportunities, and identify new spanets and business segments within the travel and tourism industry 
• Stakeholder Management: Build collaborative relationships across teams, maintain alignment with corporate strategy and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders 
• Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs and monitor the performance of strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis and regular reporting 
• Company Steering: Link strategic long-term goals with annual & quarterly targets processes and facilitate an effective and transparent target steering process across the organization 
• Executive Support: Assist the executive management team in decision-making, strategic prioritization and execution of key initiatives
