Job Description:

• the implementation and optimization of MES systems in the manufacturing environment•Leading the implementation of MES solutions in the manufacturing environment •Collaborating with IT, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of the MES system.•Analýza výrobních procesů a pracovních postupů s cílem identifikovat příležitosti pro automatizaci a optimalizaci s využitím MES.•Sbírání a analýza dat z MES systému pro sledování výkonu výroby, prostojů a anomálií v procesech.•Poskytování technické podpory uživatelům MES, řešení problémů souvisejících se systémovou funkcionalitou, přesností dat a výkonem.
Job Requirements:

•Secondary or university degree in a technical field (Process Engineering preferred).•Technical knowledge: Advanced knowledge of MES systems and their implementation, including configuration, optimization, and administration.•Analytical skills: Strong skills in data analysis, statistical methods, and identifying trends and anomalies in manufacturing processes.•Manufacturing process knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing operations, workflows, and processes in an industrial environment.•Reporting tools knowledge: Ability to work with tools for reporting and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is an advantage.•Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across different teams (IT, engineering, production) and present technical information clearly.•Driver's license (Group B): Willingness to travel.•Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level.
