The Facility Trainer & Safety Advisor is responsible for delivering effective on-the-job training to ground handling staff, ensure employees are fully competent in operational procedures, equipment use, and customer service standards. This role also serves as a safety advisor, monitoring daily operations to identify and address hazards, promote compliance with safety regulations, and support a strong saety culture. The position works closely with management to maintain high performance, reduce incidents, and ensure training aligns with company policies, TSA/FAA requirements, and industry best practices.

Pay: $23.00 per hour.

• Provides company, regulatory, carrier or practical training for individual or group settings to new hire as well as tenured employees.
• Creates milestones to be achieved through training methods and create training plans.
• Conducts skill needs assessments to identify specific skill/knowledge gaps, training objectives, work situations and changes in training policies and procedures.
• Coordinates trainings and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated for consistency.
• Observes employees to determine the effectiveness of training programs and ensure that any additional training requirements are fulfilled.
• Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and Safety Manager.
• Maintains training rosters and records with trainees and complies with appropriate training recordkeeping requirements.
• Conducts safety inspections, records findings into online safety system and runs corresponding reports.

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months related operational experience preferred.
• WFS or Carrier Instructor Certification.
• Current qualification and experience on training subject or learning plan.
