We are looking for a Jr. Agency Manager (Account Management) to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This position is ideal for someone who can develop and strengthen long-term business relationships with key accounts, generating strategic value for the organization. The role is also responsible for driving the performance of the assigned portfolio, composed of travel agency partners, ensuring the achievement of company goals through the planning and implementation of commercial strategies focused on increasing spanet share and improving profitability.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. (Degree required)
- Advanced English level (C1)
Experience:
- Advanced Excel skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading commercial teams and managing strategic accounts.
- Knowledge of the tourism, airline, or travel agency industry.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
- Ability to develop long-term business relationships while ensuring commercial goals are achieved.
- Experience driving commercial innovation, proposing initiatives, and identifying business opportunities.
- Experience participating in C-level meetings, handling sales presentations, and leading large-scale events within strategic spanets.
Skills to succeed:

- Leadership. Strong influence, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
