Job Description:

About the Role

The role is responsible for the maintenance of the highest standards of image, appearance, style and

product across QAS by conducting regular and diverse compliance checks, as well as implementing policies

and procedures for all QAS Customer Experience employees and products, in alignment with all company

standards, which include, but are not limited to, the image/uniform policy and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine compliance checks on employees (uniform/non-uniform) and products to ensure that personal image, style and appearance is in accordance with image, style and appearance guidelines.
  • Provide relevant trainings, presentations & refreshers to line managers, shift managers, duty managers and officers, including detailed explanation & education regarding image, style, appearance, and product.
  • Oversee and manage the delivery of services in day-to-day operations concerning issues related to employee appearance, image, and style.
  • Assist the line in the implementation plan of new products and services and ensure compliance.
  • Responsible to update and maintain QAS uniform and appearance guidelines and procedures, Stay up to date with any changes to image and style policies and procedures.
  • Monitor image, style & appearance standards for QAS employees and take appropriate action against noncompliance to ensure employee image and personal grooming is up to the required standard.
  • Provide feedback sessions to personnel on image and product enhancement, uniform fitting, uniform wearing, and grooming standards to ensure that employees can present themselves in line with image, style and appearance guidelines.
  • Responsible for ensuring all employee training records and assessments are completed for the management review. This includes ID induction and training assessments.
  • Coordinate with the uniform department regarding uniform quality, distribution and replacements (e.g., damages, alterations and entitlement collections).
  • Record compliance findings noted on shift, ensuring corrective actions are executed.
  • Maintain stock replenishment by liaising with suppliers and update inventory records.
  • Participate in spaneting events related to the organization ensuring grooming standards among employees in uniform/non-uniform are maintained and they portray the desired image.
  • Prepare individual/shift reports highlighting major issues and share the findings with the Specialist & Manager for review and subsequent actions.
  • Prepare a handover shift report highlighting any reported issues to ensure consistency within the operation and provide weekly and monthly reports to the Manager for Analysis and propose for required action of improvement.
  • Responsible for preparing a weekly inventory report for borrowed items and ensuring the items are clean and in good condition.
  • Ensure all assigned follow ups are actioned on shift for timely closure of issues and highlight any critical or unresolved cases to the line manager for further management review.
  • Communicate with the relevant stakeholders for updates of rosters to ensure adequate replacements are assigned for smooth operation.
  • Assist line manager in analyzing the departmental requirements and create relevant training as required.
  • To be the first point of contact for all major issues relating to image & style, providing solutions to resolve with minimum downtime or disruption.
  • Ensure interaction within QAS internal teams and GUD are carried out effectively ensuring that quality, price, sustainability and all related product specifications are as per QAS Ground Handling standards.
  • Provide suggestions & new ideas to the line manager on image & style matters.
  • Collate customer feedback through survey / periodic assessments to continue expansions and enhancements including growing the product roadmap and setting new goals for the product.
  • Assist line manager in ensuring the documentation and process flow of all products from initiation stage until product implementation. Assist in monitoring the performance of image and product through metrics such as engagement rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department
Qualifications

About you

Essential

  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
  • Command of English language (Written and Verbal)
  • Ability to facilitate and demonstrate sessions on facial, make up along with grooming and development
  • Up-to-date knowledge and skills on skin care, make-up application and well-being of physical health
  • Engaging communicator with impactful follow-Through
  • Ability to note and highlight behaviors and actions which require corrective feedback and be able to deliver that feedback in a constructive manner
  • Basic Computer Literacy in Microsoft office application

Preferred

  • Ability to foster teamwork among team members
  • Knowledge of uniform handling processes
